Description
High school juniors and seniors are invited to join the Briar Cliff Education Students and Faculty for the Annual Education Summit! This FREE event is designed for students interested in becoming teachers. A fantastic day is planned with breakout sessions, keynote address from Iowa Teacher of the Year, prizes, lunch, and an optional campus tour at the end of the day.

Melanie Bloom, a 16-year veteran agriculture teacher from Sioux Central Community School District in Sioux Rapids, is the 2025 Iowa Teacher of the Year.
